"Picture Tags' columns corresponding to all the picture information detected as specified in the
Picture Options section.
The new name column entries can be edited. Double click with the
left mouse button on a
new name entry to activate the editor. Enter the new name and then
use any of the
following to save the entry:

press enter key (also closes the editor)
-
click the mouse outside the area being edited (also closes the editor)
-
press TAB, SHIFT-TAB, an up or down arrow, SHIFT-Home, or SHIFT-End
key (also keeps the
editor open at the
next entry)
Press ESC to exit the editor
without saving.
When an edited entry is saved, the same validity checks that the scanner performs
are done with the new entry.
Right clicking the mouse while the cursor is over any of the rows of the Detailed
Information Window will make the following commands available in a popup menu:

Cancel Edit in Selected Row: This command allows you cancel the manual edit for a row.

Delete Selected Rows: This command allows you to delete all selected rows so that
they will no longer be included in the renaming list.

Move Selected Rows to the Top: This command allows you to move all selected rows to the top of the list.
Multiple rows can be selected by
pressing CTRL or SHIFT at the same time as pressing the left mouse button.
This command is currently not supported in the 'Vertical Compare' display mode

Move Selected Rows to the Bottom: This command allows you to move all selected rows to the bottom of the list.
Multiple rows can be selected by
pressing CTRL or SHIFT at the same time as pressing the left mouse button.
This command is currently not supported in the 'Vertical Compare' display mode

Move Selected Rows Up: This command allows you to move all selected rows up by one row position.
Selected rows can also be moved up by dragging with the mouse. Multiple rows can be selected by
pressing CTRL or SHIFT at the same time as pressing the left mouse button.
This command is currently not supported in the 'Vertical Compare' display mode

Move Selected Rows Down: This command allows you to move all selected rows down by one row position.
Selected rows can also be moved down by dragging with the mouse. Multiple rows can be selected by
pressing CTRL or SHIFT at the same time as pressing the left mouse button.
This command is currently not supported in the 'Vertical Compare' display mode

Randomize Position of All Rows: This command allows you move all rows to random positions.

Open Old Name in Selected Row: This command allows you to open the 'old' file corresponding to the
selected row. The user must already have the application used for opening the file installed on their
PC. This feature can be used to verify that the file is really one that you want to rename.
If more than one file is selected, only the first one will be opened. The same command can be
accomplished by a left double click on a row.

Show Hex Codes of 'Old and New Names' in Selected Row: This command allows you view the
hexadecimal codes of each character in the selected 'new' and 'old' names. The codes are
displayed enclosed in parentheses
after each character. Character-hexcode pairs are separated by spaces. The hex codes can
be used in the search patterns of the custom renaming. e.g. setting the search pattern
to \x63 (the hex code specifier for
the character 'c') and
the replace pattern to A will result in the
scanner replacing all 'c's with 'A's

Set Column Widths to Default: This command sets all column widths to their default value.
Instead of right-clicking the mouse, the
same commands are made available from the menu bar or
by pressing SHIFT-F10 after selecting the list.
Columns can be hidden by right clicking a column header and selecting the 'Hide Column'
option in the menu that pops up. Columns can also be resized by dragging column boundaries
with the mouse.
